Common Chord · a David Williams studio
I run the marketing so you can stay in the studio.
Common Chord is the marketing side of my work: strategy, ads, and the follow-through that keeps them working — built for orchestras, ensembles, festivals, music schools and independent artists.
You make the work. I make sure the right people hear about it, and I show you the numbers every month.
Concerts, tours and education programmes that need seats filled and a list that keeps growing. I have sat inside this world — I played in it.
Season announcements, on-sales, and the last two weeks before a show, which is where most of the money actually is.
Course intakes, single-player promotion and audience building — without you having to learn ads or write your own copy.
Start at the audit. Move up only if it is working.
A full look at where your audience and your money actually come from: what is already working, what is quietly costing you, and the plan for the next 90 days.
€1,800 one-off · a written plan, yours to keep
Strategy plus ad management, run by me. Every month: a monthly performance report, one strategy call, ad build and copy, and weekly optimisation.
€500 / €1,000 / €2,500 · billed monthly
An assistant trained on your own programme, tickets and FAQ — answering the questions you answer forty times a week. Not the opening pitch; the long game.
A build, then ongoing support and hosting
Capacity is 1–3 clients at a time, and I work with people I can help. Your ad spend is yours, paid to the platform, and separate from my fee. So are the things that need your voice: interviews, press, artist statements. Terms are being finalised, and nothing gets charged until you have them in writing.
This is a new studio and the first conversation is under way, so there is nothing to show here yet. Real numbers go up when there are some, with the client's permission.
Tell me what you are trying to fill, and by when.
